• Take a photo of your target area on Day 1 of use. You can use a phone camera. Please ensure the photo captures a maximum 2 inches x 2 inches area around your lines and ensure sufficient lighting and high-resolution. You can take photos of multiple areas.
• Ensure you follow the correct application protocol over the next 60 days!
• Take a photo on Day 60 of use following the instructions above.
• If you don’t see any results, send us your Day 1 and Day 60 photos to info@notoxmd.com. Our team of dermatological skin specialists will put the photos under a scanner to measure the reduction. If there isn’t a statistically significant reduction, we will issue you a money back guarantee for the price of your order no questions asked.

We pride ourselves on customer service so if you’re product is damaged, we will offer an exchange minus shipping costs. Please send an email and photo of the damaged package to  info@notoxmd.com.

If subsequent orders of the same product(s) are made after purchase of the returned product, they are not eligible for a refund. 

If there are three (3) or more orders placed within a thirty (30) day window, any order within that timeframe is not eligible for a refund.

If you are notified that your package is delivered, but you have not received it, you must notify us within 7 days. After 7 days, you will be responsible for dealing with the shipping carrier, as we do not assume liability for missing or lost packages.
