Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILMENT
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, depending on product availability. All orders are processed in the order they are received.
Please note: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. Please ensure your delivery details and selected items are correct before completing checkout. This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
SHIPPING RATES & TRANSIT TIMES
Depending on your delivery destination, we may offer Free Standard Shipping on qualifying orders. Where available, the exact minimum spend threshold is dynamically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected local currency.
For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, or where free shipping is unavailable, the following base rates and estimated transit times apply.
Australia
- Standard Shipping (approx. 2 to 6 business days): $9 AUD
- Express Shipping (approx. 1 to 3 business days): $15 AUD
Rest of World (International)
Shipping costs for all destinations outside of Australia are calculated dynamically at checkout. Your exact shipping rate will be determined based on your specific delivery location, chosen service tier, and local currency.
Estimated transit times:
- Standard International: Approx. 6 to 15+ business days
- Express International: Approx. 4 to 10+ business days
All international transit times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. International shipments are subject to unpredictable variables beyond our control, including destination customs clearance processes, local postal service handovers, international transit bottlenecks, severe weather events, and peak holiday periods. These factors are not accounted for in the estimated timeframes above.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For orders shipped outside of Australia, NotoxMD is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges or an incorrect address provided at checkout, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. If you wish to have your order reshipped, please contact us and we will advise the applicable reshipping fee.
TRACKING & DELIVERY
Tracking numbers are provided once your order has been dispatched. Please note that tracking information may not update in real-time, and in some instances a carrier's system may show a status of "Delivered" prior to actual physical delivery.
Domestic Orders (Australia)
Once your package has been collected by the carrier, we are unable to control transit conditions. In the event that your domestic parcel appears lost or stolen, please contact us promptly and we will liaise with the carrier on your behalf.
International Orders
Once a package has left our Sydney warehouse and is in the possession of the carrier, NotoxMD is not liable for shipping delays (including delays caused by holidays or peak periods), or for packages that are lost or stolen in international transit. We are unable to expedite packages held by international customs authorities and accept no responsibility for delays arising from customs clearance processes.
FREIGHT FORWARDING COMPANIES
NotoxMD is not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference, or loss of orders that are delivered to a freight forwarding company. We do not offer replacements or refunds for orders confirmed as delivered to a freight forwarding address. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by a freight forwarder, please contact the freight forwarder directly, as responsibility rests solely with them from the point of delivery.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS & EXCEPTIONS
- Business Days: Orders are dispatched on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding New South Wales (NSW) and Australian national public holidays.
- Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (AEST/AEDT) on a Friday will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on the business day preceding a NSW or national public holiday will be processed on the next business day.
- PO Boxes & Locked Bags: NotoxMD is unable to fulfil orders destined for PO Boxes or Locked Bags. Please provide a valid residential or commercial street address at checkout.
- Transit Times: Transit time estimates provided by carriers do not include weekends or public holidays.

This policy is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any right, remedy, guarantee, or warranty you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
